  • First Visit

    Choosing to receive orthodontic care is a big decision to make. Choosing an orthodontist to provide you the best possible care doesn’t have to be, choose Aurora Braces. Our team uses the latest technology and continues their education to keep up-to-date with orthodontic advancements to give you a seamless orthodontic experience.


    During your first visit, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the team, ask questions, and find a treatment plan that’s right for you. We’ll cover:


    • All dental and medical history forms
    • Perform an exam & determine the best possible course of action
    • Discuss payment plan options


    After your first visit you’ll need a Record Appointment. During this appointment, we’ll take x-rays, photographs, and molds of your teeth. After this, we’ll set another appointment to place your new orthodontic appliance (typically 60-90 minutes). Your next appointment(s) will be determined by the type of appliance and the severity of your case, usually between 2-8 weeks until you’re done with your treatment.

  • Financial Information

    Before deciding on any treatment options, we cover all costs to ensure there are no surprises. We also have flexible payment plans to make your orthodontic treatment more affordable.

    If you have insurance, we can help you submit your claims to your insurance provider and fill in any necessary paperwork. We’re here to help make your orthodontic treatment as simple as possible, let us know how we can help.

  • ABO Certification

    All board-certified orthodontist must recertify every 10-years to keep their status. The initial process can take between 5-10 years and starts with written and clinical examinations and a review of the orthodontists’ credentials. Becoming a board-certified orthodontist is voluntary, however, any orthodontist who is ABO certified signifies they are in the pursuit of continued education in their field.
